Act 01
IEX Exchange had a recognized brand and a growing need to merchandise it properly. What they didn't have was a swag program that matched the caliber of the company. No catalogue, no commerce platform, no consistent way for employees and clients to access branded products.
As Marketing Operations Manager, I was responsible for the creative and operational build. That meant designing the catalogue, curating the product line, and building the Shopify storefront from the ground up.
Act 02
The lookbook was designed in Adobe InDesign as a 20-page catalogue that read like a retail brand, not a corporate handout. The featured item was a custom Nike Air Force 1 in IEX orange, a co-branded sneaker that set the tone for the whole program. Every spread was built to present the product with the same energy the brand carried in the market.
The product line was curated across multiple categories including apparel, accessories, gear, and lifestyle. Vendor relationships, pricing, MOQs, and the IEX logo application on each product all ran through me. The Shopify storefront tied it all together as the commerce layer for internal and external use.
Act 03
The IEX Shop launched as a properly merchandised program. A lookbook employees and clients could actually get excited about, and a storefront they could shop directly. The co-branded Nike Air Force 1 alone elevated the perception of what the swag program could be.
The pickleball set featured in the catalogue also tied directly into the Trading Volleys event, creating a through-line between the experiential work and the commerce program. One brief, multiple touchpoints.
